Welcome to Dollarback. Please carefully read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") before using the website, services, and cashback features operated by Dollarback ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account or accessing our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Dollarback.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state or country of residence.
• Single Account Limit: Users may maintain only one (1) active Dollarback account. Registering multiple accounts, using pseudonyms to inflate referral earnings, or manipulating account details is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and balance forfeiture.
• Accuracy of Data: You agree to provide true, current, and complete profile information (including full legal name and valid Venmo account details) necessary for receiving cashback payments.

2. Cashback Program Mechanics & Rules

Dollarback offers user cashback rewards by sharing commissions received from partner merchants through affiliate networks (including CJ Affiliate, Impact, Rakuten, and others).

• Qualifying Purchases: To earn cashback, you must start your shopping journey directly from Dollarback by clicking an active store referral link prior to completing your purchase at the merchant's site.
• Prerequisites for Tracking: Cookies must be enabled on your browser. Disabling cookies, clicking third-party coupon/deal site links after leaving Dollarback, or using ad-blocking/privacy software during checkout may break affiliate attribution and result in uncredited cashback.
• Pending & Approved Cashback: Cashback transactions are posted initially as "Pending" until the merchant verifies that the transaction was fully completed, delivered, and not subject to returns, cancellations, or store credit adjustments. This verification window typically ranges from 30 to 90 days.
• Merchant Rejections: Dollarback awards cashback solely when paid by the corresponding merchant/affiliate network. If a merchant refuses or fails to pay a commission for a purchase, Dollarback reserves the right to void or refuse corresponding user cashback.

3. Cashback Payouts & Conditions

• Payment Options: Payout disbursements are issued electronically to the recipient's designated Venmo account, subject to user profile completeness and account verification.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: Accounts must reach a minimum balance of one dollar ($1.00) in "Approved" cashback status prior to requesting or receiving a payment disbursement.
• Account Details & Recipient Accuracy: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their designated Venmo handle and associated recipient details are accurate and current. Dollarback is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected payments resulting from user typographical errors or invalid payment handles.
• Unclaimed Accounts & Inactivity: Accounts with no login or shopping activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be flagged as inactive. Dollarback reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee or forfeit unredeemed non-cash rewards in accordance with applicable state unclaimed property laws.

4. Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

You expressly agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or scrapers to interact with Dollarback or merchant websites.
• Executing purchases using stolen credit cards, false identities, or invalid payment methods.
• Purchasing products for the sole purpose of returning them after cashback is credited.
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass security features, rate limits, or access controls.
• Engaging in paid advertising bidding on merchant trademarked keywords or impersonating Dollarback or partner brand representatives.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, brand logos, visual designs, graphics, code, and content on Dollarback are the exclusive intellectual property of Dollarback or its licensors. Partner logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective merchant brand owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dollarback Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. Dollarback does not guarantee that shopping tracking will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dollarback, its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or merchant transaction disputes.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dollarback from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Dollarback operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts of competent jurisdiction.

10. Modifications & Termination

Dollarback reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account immediately and without prior notice for violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of Dollarback following posted changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.
