When you visit a retailer through Dollarback and complete a qualifying purchase, the merchant pays Dollarback a referral commission via networks like Impact, CJ Affiliate, or Rakuten. We share that commission directly with you.
What is Pending vs. Available Balance?
New purchases appear as Pending while the merchant confirms the order was delivered and not returned (typically 30–90 days). Once locked, funds move to your Available Balance.
